Q: How does the interview process work?

| A: Typically, a recruiter will conduct a phone interview with you
to discuss the position, your skills and salary requirements before scheduling a face-to-face interview with
a hiring manager. In most cases, you can expect to meet with a hiring manager and members of their respective
teams in duration of one hour or less. Management positions may require an additional interview before an
offer decision is made. |

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, your manager will work with you to meet your specific needs and
preferences. Your work site might also have hours of operation requirements that will need to
